Orders.
We aim to process all orders within 3-5 working days, with exceptions for bespoke prints and any other special requests such as framing that may require longer lead times.
Payment.
We accept payments via Paypal and process all major credit and debit cards via Stripe.
All purchases are processed securely online and you will be prompted with clear instructions at check out - If you have any questions please contact us directly.
We also accept direct bank transfers if required - details can be provided upon request.
Returns.
All photographic prints are produced to order and form part of a strictly limited edition. Each print is individually printed, finished, and prepared specifically for the purchaser.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind once an order has been placed.
This policy is in line with standard gallery practice for limited-edition photographic works and does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged or Faulty Items :
If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 14 days of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of the issue and the packaging.
Upon verification, we will arrange either:
A replacement print (subject to edition availability), or
A full refund, at our discretion.
Returns will not be accepted without prior notification and approval.
Condition of Returned Works.
Where a return is authorised, the print must be:
Unused
In its original condition
Returned in all original packaging and protective materials
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the returned work shows signs of handling, damage, or alteration not present at delivery.
Shipping & Delivery.
All prints are shipped via fully tracked and insured courier services, and a signature may be required upon delivery.
Risk of loss or damage remains with us until the print is successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Once delivery has been confirmed and the inspection period has passed, responsibility for the care and storage of the artwork transfers to the purchaser.
International Orders, Duties & Taxes.
International buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes applicable in the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Colour & Material Variations.
Please note that minor variations in tone, colour, or surface texture may occur as part of the fine-art printing process. Such variations are inherent to photographic printmaking and do not constitute a fault.
Refund Processing.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned work.
Framing.
Unless otherwise arranged, all prints are shipped un-farmed. Extra shipping charges will be incurred for framed prints. The size of the frame and shipping destination will determine the final cost - please contact us directly with all framing and shipping queries.
