Orders.

We aim to process all orders within 3-5 working days, with exceptions for bespoke prints and any other special requests such as framing that may require longer lead times.


Payment.

We accept payments via Paypal and process all major credit and debit cards via Stripe.

All purchases are processed securely online and you will be prompted with clear instructions at check out - If you have any questions please contact us directly.

We also accept direct bank transfers if required - details can be provided upon request.

Shipping.

All orders are trackable and shipped ‘signed for’ via courier. All UK orders are sent next-day delivery, free of charge. International orders are sent expedited and are usually delivered within five working days.

All our larger prints are securely packaged and sent in specially reinforced tubes (or flat-packed folders for smaller prints).

We’ve never experienced any issues with shipping or delivery. However, if your item is delivered damaged please take photos and contact us as soon as possible - we will send out a replacement or process a refund ASAP.

Unless otherwise arranged, all prints are shipped un-farmed. Extra shipping charges will be incurred for framed prints. The size of the frame and shipping destination will determine the final cost - please contact us directly with all framing and shipping queries.

Returns.

Items eligible for return must be unused and sent back in the same condition they were received in, and in the original packaging.

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

All refunds include the original cost of outbound shipping, but not the cost of return shipping - the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend all returns be sent ‘signed for’ with insurance. We can only take responsibility for items returned once signed for.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items and bespoke orders cannot be returned or refunded.
